How to activate?

• Mobile Web service
• Please call Customer Services to instantly activate your Mobile Web service – click here to find our contact details

• Set up Mobile Internet.
• Once you have activated your SIM, simply select your mobile below to get instructions on how to set up Mobile Internet.
  
  

  If your device is using iOS and you wish to activate the ‘Personal Hotspot’ service and share internet nearby to other device, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to ‘Mobile Data‘
  2. Select option ‘Mobile Data Network‘
  3. In the section ‘PERSONAL HOTSPOT’
  
  
  • * Insert in ‘APN’: data.lycamobile.mk
  • * Insert in ‘Username’: lmmk
  • * Insert in ‘Password’: plus
